glisser vers la gauche (french for swipe left) is a mixed media project that attempts to channel the emotions of modern dating. The still imagery takes cues from impressionist paintings and the feeling of a memory; the video portion intertwines these images and examines the locations where these feelings are born, bred and then decay, as well as vintage found video that predates yet encapsulates the plasticity of modern dating.
